    1. Due to many years of legacy, the previous management staff selection system was not perfect, the management staff had poor abilities, the management methods in daily work were simple and rough, and the staff did not care enough about their daily work and life. Insufficient attention is paid to the problem, and even some individual managers have unfairly treated their relatives and friends for personal gain (job care, work type care, free time compensation, random leave, etc.). These have created a very unfair employment environment for company employees. Employee satisfaction and extreme dissatisfaction have become the "bottleneck" of the company's development.

    2. Our cadre selection and training did not compete for posts, but the department manager said that whoever is the supervisor is the supervisor, and whoever is the technician is the technician.
