2016 Outstanding Staff and Management Team Expansion Training

Team spirit is the concentrated expression of overall awareness, collaboration and service spirit. The core is collaboration, which reflects the unity of individual interests and overall interests, and thus ensures the efficient operation of the organization.

Process arrangement

08:00-09:00 Assemble and start ( arrive at the expansion base, explain safety precautions, and change training clothes. )

09:15-10:30 Start camp, break ice and form the team  ( this content cuts into the theme of the training camp. Clarify the theme, self-exercise, break through and improve. )

10:40-11:50  Team footboard ( personal and team relationship, sense of responsibility and execution, cultivate the initiative and sense of responsibility for proactive problem solving. )

12:00-13:50 Lunch (picnic), lunch break  ( experience teamwork, relaxed and happy atmosphere. )

14:00-14:20 Warm-up activities  ( physical and mental activities, mobilize students' enthusiasm and participation )

14:30-15:30  Challenge NO.1  ( Explore your potential, break through yourself, meet challenges with an open mind, and rise to the challenge. )

15:40-16:50 Power rope  ( the peak embodiment of corporate cohesion, dedication. )

17:00-17:30 Camp closure, summary, group photo, return trip ( return with full load )
